In this quick guide we're going to cover common Horizon Cloud Known Issues and steps for resolution.

  • "Your session has timed out. Please log in again."

  • "Your session has expired. Please re-connect the server"


Issue Description: Horizon Cloud Administration Console Displays "Your session has timed out. Please log in again" after logging in to the Administration Console.

Issue Description: Horizon Cloud Desktop User Portal Displays "Your session has expired. Please re-connect the server" after logging in to the Desktop User Portal.

Resolution:

  • To resolve these issues, clear your cookies from your browser or use Chrome Incognito Mode, Firefox private browser mode, etc.
