Your account at VMware Hands-on Labs is not the same as other VMware services such as My VMware/Customer Connect and Partner Central.
Registration for VMware Hands-on Labs is self-service. Click the the "LOGIN/REGISTER" link in the upper right.
Click the "Register?" link on the dialog or click the "Forgot Password?" link if you know have an account but need to reset your password.
All that is needed is a verifiable email.
You may use Guest for the company name. You will receive an email with a link to verify your account.
