The Main Console for Windows is CORP\Administrator and password "VMware1!" (no quotes).

The Main Console for Linux is holuser and password "VMware1!" (no quotes).

Passwords in the lab environment are generally "VMware1!" (no quotes). Other passwords if needed are provided in the README.txt on the desktop and in the lab manual. Some applications require a password with greater complexity and in those cases, the password is generally "VMware1!VMware1!" (no quotes.)
