New Registration
If a new user registration, complete the form and click Sign Up
You must also register a My VMware email address. My VMware and Hands-on Labs do not share the same authentication system.
An email will be sent from learningplatform.vmware.com. Check your Junk folder if the email is not found.
Visit http://labs.hol.vmware.com/verify-account to enter the token sent in the email.
You will be prompted to create 3 security questions with answers.
Forgotten Password
If a forgotten password, you can request an email be sent or answer 2 security questions. If sending by email, the email will be from learningplatform.vmware.com. Check your Junk folder if the email is not found.
If answering the questions, you will be prompted to answer 2 of your 3 preset questions. You will have the option to change the question.
After 2 correct answers will be able to reset your password
After login, click on My Profile and you can update your security questions and answers.
