Please submit support requests through the Discovery Platform Support page (You will be redirected to our Service Desk portal.). From here you can get help and provide feedback for Pathfinder, Hands-on Labs, and TestDrive support. Tickets are triaged and reviewed by engineers and developers who build these platforms. Response time is on a best-effort basis, but typically we reply within 1-2 business days.
