You can access live support in the following ways
1 - Green Chat Bubble
Click on the green chat bubble found in the bottom right corner of the Hands-On Labs frame. Make sure you have adblock disabled, as it may prevent the chat bubble from appearing.
2 - Help Menu
Click on "Help" and then on "Live Chat" on the top menu header of the Hands-On Labs frame.
If you cannot locate the top menu header, your console may be in maximized mode. If your Hands-On Labs frame top portion matches the picture below, locate and click on the white "X" in the top right corner of the frame.
